he Right to Information Act may help to unveil the mystery behind the Central Vigilance Commission proposing and the CBI disposing in the R1,300-crore HUDCO scam.
The Central Information Commission this week directed the CBI to provide the inquiry report on closing investigation in four cases where the CVC found “adequate evidence of paying bribes“ to mobilise funds from Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) in 2006.
The CBI had closed the case saying there was not enough evidence to proceed with the probe.
This had resulted in the housing and urban development ministry submitting a closure report in Supreme Court in 2007.
Howz'zat Mr Ananth Kumar, the great 'cleansing' minister of NDA regime, who did not leave any chance to cleanse money which will not be called by BJP as bribe. So, skeletons from BJP cupboard are coming out and they will have to do much soul-searching and cleansing!

NDA was voted out in 2004, and yet people talk abt events which have little relevance now. At a time when the spotlight should be on the scandals of the UPA regime, a few people chose to talk abt skeletons which had been unaearthed long time back. A perfect diversionary stunt. How abt the millions made by Sharad Pawar and Praful Patel by looting poor people ?
Suraj Yadav - Devesh Kumar Sir, scams which are revealed long time back, but not punished should be forgotten, then why should Laloo Yadav be accountable for Fodder Scam unearthed long ago, but matter crawls in the courts. By this logic scamster like Ananth Kumar should be let off scot free! I have been posting that the sad state of Air India is due to loot by corrupt bureaucrats and politicians, obviously meaning Praful Patel. And Sir, I hold no brief for the corruption of Mr Pawar or Mr Patel. They should be accountable, just as Mr Ananth Kumar should be!! And by the way, is the people's stir against corruption against UPA only and not against loot of NDA ?

Find out abt the culprits. Those who indulged in corruption during the previous regime were duly punished. U know what happened 2 Bangaru. Ananth Kumar's dalliance with Niira Radia was reported by me too. But Ananth Kumar still remains a pygmy in front of Pawar, Praful, Kamal Nath....I am intrigued by ur insistence on NDA vs UPA corruption. Its a perfect diversionary ploy employed by the dirty tricks department of the present regime. BTW, why not talk abt Yeddy's corruption?

Today the case has been reported in context of CIC order to reveal the closure report of CBI and so has becomes relevant. Wikileaks indicted UPA regime in licking USA foot but when they revealed NDA leaders fooling Indian people, should we close our eyes to it because they would be 'diversionary'? The sell off of national assets by NDA was the mother of all scams, but UPA will not expose it because it will mean roughing Corporate feather's the wrong way!
