Congratulations Lobsang. We were together in the Department of Chinese & Japanese Studies (now called Department of Far East Studies), University of Delhi. Lobsang was in International Student House (Hostel) and took keen interest in Delhi University Students Union Activities, along with me. I am so happy for you, Lobsang, and our best wishes to you.
